Downloading resources from MFL Sunderland
The resources on MFL Sunderland are saved in various different formats:
 
  The majority are Microsoft Word documents. You will be able to view these documents in a new window if you click on their links. If you want to save them to your own computer, follow the steps outlined below.
The Microsoft Publisher documents are in Publisher 98 format so that they can be read on most computers.
       
A lot of the Microsoft PowerPoint documents are quite large and take a long time to appear on your screen if you click on the link. I would recommend saving them to your computer first, viewing them and then deciding whether you want to keep them or not.
   
If you want to view the PDF files you will need to have Adobe Acrobat reader installed. Download the Adobe Acrobat reader from here.
     
  There are some files in JPG format which can be viewed in Paint Shop Pro or your Windows browser.
     
How to download and save files to your computer:
 

1. Right-click on the document name. Select 'Save Target As...':
   

2. Select the drive and folder to which you want the document to be saved and click 'Save'.
