A North-East Regional Conference
3rd April 2008

“Moving on up”, organised by Comenius NE and the North East Consortium, took place on Thursday April 3rd 2008 at Dance City in Newcastle. It showcased ways of using music and movement to embed languages in the primary curriculum.

Nearly 150 delegates from across the region were welcomed by Lucy Adamson from CILT and then took part in a series of workshops. Musical entertainment was provided during the day by children from St Bernadette's RC Primary School and Sacred Heart RC Primary School.
