Key Stage 3

COURSE OUTLINE: During Key Stage 3 students explore ideas and themes as they develop their practical work. They use their understanding of materials and processes; observe, record and organise visual knowledge, to communicate ideas about their own work and the work of other artists, designers and cultures.

Key Stage 4

COURSE OUTLINE: The examination is based on 60% coursework and 40% controlled test. Students are supported in the production of extended practical assignments and assessments and based upon the following objectives:

Making personal responses, which show engagement with the work of others.
