School Sessions
Children are expected to arrive punctually at school. All children arriving late are signed in the late book at the front office. School will contact the parents of persistent latecomers.
    Year 3 and Year 4                                         Year 5 and Year 6       Morning 8.55am until 11.30am                Morning   8.55am until 12.30pm  Afternoon  12.25pm until 3.15pm            Afternoon 1.25pm until 3.15pm

Attendance
Children are expected to attend school for 190 days per year. You should telephone the school on 5537630 before 9.30am on the 1st day your child is absent.If for any reason you cannot telephone a note must be provided on the day your child returns to explain their absence. Children who do not attend school without explanation from parents are considered to be unauthorised absences. The Headteacher may grant leave of absence for up to 10 days in a school year. Absence beyond 10 days for holidays are considered unauthorised. There are new procedures for dealing with persistent non-attendance at school.
Diamond Hall works closely with the “Every Schoolday Counts” team to encourage our children to be good attenders at school.
